About Us

Bhima Cares Foundation’s underlying belief is to make a positive contribution to the society and ensuring environment sustainability. We strive to create a healthier world and enrich lives of all our stakeholders and community at large through our CSR initiatives.

Objectives:
Bhima Cares Policy intends to:
• Strive for economic development that positively impacts the society at large with minimal resource footprint.
• Embrace responsibility for the Company’s actions and encourage a positive impact through its activities.

Bhima Cares Focus Areas:
Special Children: A special needs child may require alternative approaches to education that not only accommodate their conditions but also work toward creating ways for them to further their own capacity to learn and develop.
For instance, a child with impaired physical mobility or challenges communicating through traditional verbal cues may need to be trained in other ways, and he or she may also need training in how to apply those skills in the classroom and real-world settings.
In instances where a special needs child has cognitive impairments, their education may require expertise in addressing such issues and finding methods to connect with them. Some examples of this can include taking substantially more time and effort to ensure they can not only understand the lesson but also advance to another stage of learning.
While public education is open to all students, not all teachers are trained to present lessons in ways that speak to these needs. This may lead to special needs children being taught privately, in classes or schools dedicated to addressing those needs.
Access to Health Care: We are committed to support underprivileged and senior citizens who are suffering from old age-related illness through acupressure and magnetic therapy.
Employee Volunteering: Our CSR initiatives are further supplemented through our employee volunteering programs where employees are encouraged to contribute financially or non-financially for a social cause.
Implementation and Monitoring: All our projects will be implemented through Bhima Cares Foundation. Need based assessments will be conducted before the commencement of the projects. Quarterly reports and monitoring will be done against the agreed deliverables. Impact assessments will be conducted to review qualitative and quantitative impact on communities. Our monitoring process will ensure that all allocated CSR corpus is spent for only the intended purpose.
Budgets: All projects will be presented and approved at the annual planning and budgeting meet. Any surplus arising out of the CSR activities will not be a part of the business profits of our company.
Governance: The CSR Committee of the Board will be responsible for governance of CSR initiatives. The CSR Committee will review the progress on the various CSR initiatives.
Reporting of CSR Initiatives: Our engagement will be disseminated on our website, CSR reports, in-house journals and through the media.
Management commitment: The management and employees are committed towards achieving the goals of the CSR policy.
